Nature is medicine...

'Relationship between self & the world is reciprocal...'

Welcome to Colorado Ecotherapy Institute!

With nature as our guide, we explore what it means to be a relational, human animal living on an alive and responsive planet.

We offer a variety of Nature-based psychotherapy services to the community, Ecotherapy training for professionals, & Rooted Retreats for women & organizations.

Whether you are craving intentional nature nourishment, are seeking support in your life, or are a practitioner wanting to learn new (or additional) ways to integrate nature into your practice, we can help.

"Earth, Isn't this what you want?
To rise in us, invisible?
Is it not your dream, to enter us so wholly there is nothing left outside us to see?
What, if not transformation, is your deepest purpose?
Earth, my love, I want it too. Believe me,
no more of your springtimes are needed to win me over -
even one flower is more than enough.
Before I was named I belonged to you.
I see no other law but yours, and know I can trust the death you will bring."

-Rainer Maria Rilke
